Elite Sports Coaching staff will will run work outs
Summer Routine: 30 minute of skill/stick work followed by 30 minutes of controlled scrimmages. Coaches will be taking time out to explain proper shape, formations etc. The last 10 minutes will be dedicated to stretching, cool down and a daily review.
Fall Routine: Warm up, skills, drills and games. Coaches will be taking time to explain specific fundamentals of lacrosse. During our fall routine we incorporate footwork, foot speed, power and conditioning. All athletes will receive an evaluation form at the end of the clinic provided by our coaches.
